Propulsion Engineering – TAE Aerospace delivers an extensive range of professional services including asset, life, and safety management using rigorous design change and configuration management processes. Non-standard repair development, condition based maintenance, technical manual authoring and sponsorship are all key enablers.
Engine and APU Test Cell Design, Upgrade and Support - TAE Aerospace specialises in the design, manufacture, commissioning, correlation; and ongoing maintenance, calibration and training support for new or upgraded Test capabilities. Reliability is a focus so that a cost effective and capable solution is provided to our Defence customers.
Condition Monitoring services - including design, manufacture and installation of Health Usage & Monitoring Systems (HUMS), spectrometric oil and wear debris analysis, remote visual inspections, vibration analysis, trending and gas path performance analysis for gas turbines and associated data storage and trending software solutions. CM training of Defence staff is a speciality of TAE Aerospace and delivers many program benefits.
Aircraft Components and Accessories - Industry leading MRO services for aircraft wheels & brakes, engine and fuel components, electrical, radio, instruments and avionics are also provided by TAE Aerospace.
Support Equipment - TAE Aerospace specialises in the design, manufacture and ongoing maintenance of new or upgraded support equipment. We focus on cost effective designs that meet customer specific requirements and standards for all our Defence customers.
Advanced manufacturing - TAE Aerospace manufactures advanced, liquid-cooled avionics enclosures, cold plates, heat exchangers and other products using proven Aluminium Vacuum Brazing processes and a broad range of in-house manufacturing capabilities for a number of international and domestic customers.
